Noel Holmes joined CRG in 2025 and currently serves as Executive Assistant to Luke Düster, Chief Investment Officer, and Scott Li, Partner. With over a decade of experience supporting senior executives and cross-functional teams across various industries, Ms. Holmes brings a strong background in administrative leadership and operational efficiency. Prior to joining CRG, Ms. Holmes served as Executive Assistant to the CEO of a prominent ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) single-family office, where she oversaw vendor contract management, coordinated complex travel and event logistics, and led key operational initiatives.

Ms. Holmes holds an Associate of Applied Business Management degree from Cuyahoga Community College and a Bachelor of Applied Administration from the University of Houston–Downtown, where she graduated cum laude.
